This report is the second edition of a completed study of the Russian market for vanadium catalysts for the production of sulfuric acid.

 

The purpose of the study is to analyze the Russian market for vanadium catalysts for the production of sulfuric acid.

The object of research is vanadium catalysts for the production of sulfuric acid.

The work is a desk study. As sources of information, data from Rosstat, railway transportation statistics and customs statistics of the Russian Federation, UNdate database of foreign trade operations, Infomine database, information disclosure websites of securities issuers, websites of manufacturers and consumers of catalysts were used.

Chronological scope of the study: 2013-2022; forecast - until 2030

Research geography: Russia.

 

Scope of the study: the report consists of 9 parts, contains 69 pages, including 30 tables, 16 figures and 2 appendices.

The first chapter of the report provides a brief description of the global market for industrial catalysts.

The second chapter is devoted to the description of the classification of vanadium catalysts for the production of sulfuric acid, their comparative characteristics.

The third chapter describes the production technology, the main raw materials for the production of catalysts, and also gives directions for the supply of raw materials.

The fourth chapter is devoted to the description of the process of regeneration of spent vanadium catalysts.

The fifth chapter presents an analysis of the production of the products in question. In particular, the dynamics of production is given (including by manufacturing enterprises), the current state and development prospects of the largest manufacturing enterprises are described.

The sixth chapter of the report considers foreign trade operations with vanadium catalysts for the production of sulfuric acid in Russia in 2013-2022. The volumes and directions of deliveries are studied, a brief description of the main foreign suppliers is given.

The seventh chapter is devoted to the price analysis of the Russian market in 2013-2022. In particular, export-import prices are given by suppliers and types of products.

The eighth chapter considers the consumption of vanadium sulfuric acid catalysts in Russia: the production-consumption balance in 2013-2022 is given, the market structure by major players, the current state and prospects for the development of sulfuric acid production in Russia are analyzed.

The ninth chapter presents a market development forecast for the period up to 2030.

The appendices contain a list of the largest manufacturers and consumers of vanadium catalysts for the production of sulfuric acid in Russia.
