This report is the 5th edition of a market survey of metal powders for additive technologies in Russia.
The aim of the research is to analyze the market of additive technologies using metal powders in Russia.
This work is a desk study. The sources of information were data from Rosstat, the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation, materials from the industry and regional press, annual and quarterly reports of companies, websites of enterprises, scientific and technical literature, the InfoMine database.
Chronological framework of the study: 2009-2021, forecast - up to 2025.
Geography of research: Russia.
Research volume: the report consists of 10 chapters, contains 148 pages, including 34 tables, 37 figures and 3 appendices.
The first chapter of the report is devoted to a brief overview of the state of additive technologies in the world.
The second chapter shows the main global companies in the additive technologies market. The characteristics of the manufactured 3D-printers working with the use of metal powders are given.
The third chapter provides an overview of Russian companies producing 3D printers and implementing projects to create equipment for additive technologies.
In the fourth chapter, the main technologies for the production of metal powders for additive technologies and the corresponding equipment are considered. Also presented is the nomenclature of metal powders for additive technologies produced by world manufacturers.
The fifth chapter is devoted to the situation with the production of metal powders for additive technologies in Russia. The companies that have and are creating capacities for the production of these products are described. The assessment of the production of metal powders for 3D in Russia in 2016-2021 is given.
The sixth chapter provides data on imports of the Russian Federation in 2009-2020. equipment for additive technologies using metal powders, with distribution by supply directions. The chapter is supplemented with detailed information about Russian importers, foreign suppliers of 3D printers, characteristics of the equipment supplied in 2009-2020.
The seventh chapter provides data on imports of the Russian Federation in 2009-2020. metal powders for additive technologies with distribution by supply directions. The dynamics of import prices for various types of powders is also given. The chapter is supplemented with detailed information on Russian importers, foreign suppliers of metal powders for additive technologies in 2009-2020.
The eighth chapter describes the main Russian importers of metal powders and 3D printers (LLC IF AB Universal, LLC Nissa Didzhispeys, LLC Trumpf, JSC NPO System).
The ninth chapter is devoted to describing the situation with the development of additive technologies using the example of the main participants in this market (JSC UEC Aviadvigatel, PJSC UEC Saturn, JSC Novomet-Perm, etc.).
In the tenth chapter, an overview of the state and prospects for the development of additive technologies in Russia is made, a forecast is given for the consumption of metal powders for additive technologies in Russia until 2025.
The appendices contain contact information of the main enterprises operating in the additive technologies market in Russia, and extended information on the import of 3D printers and metal powders by Russian enterprises.
