This report is the first edition of the research of the market of mineral fertilizers and agricultural products in Kazakhstan.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the mineral fertilizer market in Kazakhstan.
The object of the study are mineral fertilizers, main types of agricultural crops (wheat).
This work is a desk study. Information sources of the Agency for Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan, statistics of railway transportations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, customs statistics of Uzbekistan, data of UNdata database, sectoral and regional press, annual and quarterly reports of securities issuers, websites of producers of mineral fertilizers and agricultural products were used as sources of information.
Chronological framework of the study: 2013-2016.
Geography of the survey: Republic of Kazakhstan - comprehensive detailed market analysis.
The report consists of 2 sections, including 14 parts, contains 91 pages, including 31 tables and 27 figures.
The first section of the study is devoted to the market of agricultural products in Kazakhstan.
In the first chapter of this section, a general description of the situation in Kazakhstan's agriculture is given.
The second chapter is devoted to the production of agricultural products in Kazakhstan. The dynamics of the production of the main types of crops in 2013-2016 is given, incl. by regions of Kazakhstan.
In the third chapter, the main regions of agricultural production in Kazakhstan are described, and the state of crop areas is analyzed.
In the fourth chapter of the chapter, the structure of agricultural enterprises, as well as the structure of ownership of agricultural land in Kazakhstan, describes the main companies producing agricultural products.
In the fifth chapter Kazakhstan's foreign trade operations with the main types of agricultural products for the period 2013-2016 are analyzed. The data on the volumes of export of wheat and other crops are given, the regional structure of supplies is estimated.
The sixth chapter is devoted to the analysis of the logistics of wheat supply to the domestic and foreign markets in 2016.
In the seventh chapter of the section devoted to the consumption of agricultural products, the production-consumption balances of the main types of crops in Kazakhstan are given. Also in this section are regional and sectoral patterns of wheat consumption.
The eighth chapter is devoted to the analysis of domestic prices for the main types of crops in Kazakhstan in 2014-2016.
In the ninth chapter of the chapter, a forecast is given for the development of the agricultural production market in Kazakhstan until 2025.
The second section of the review is devoted to the analysis of the mineral fertilizer market in Kazakhstan.
In the first chapter of the chapter, the dynamics of the production of mineral fertilizers in Kazakhstan by types in 2013-2016 is shown.
The second chapter describes the main producers of mineral fertilizers, their current status and investment plans.
The third chapter analyzes foreign trade operations with the main types of mineral fertilizers in Kazakhstan in 2013-2016, provides the commodity and regional structure of export and import supplies.
The fourth chapter of the section is devoted to the logistics of deliveries of mineral fertilizers in 2016.
The fifth chapter gives an assessment of the dynamics and structure of consumption of various types of mineral fertilizers in Kazakhstan, the production-consumption balance of the main types of fertilizers in 2013-2016, the structure of fertilization by regions of Kazakhstan in 2016
